Refund policy

1. Non-Returnable Items:

Due to the nature of research chemicals and peptides, NetPeps does not accept returns unless the product is damaged or there was an error with the order.

2. Time Frame:

If returns are accepted, you must initiate the return within 14 days after receipt of the product.

3. Condition:

Returns require the product to be in its original unopened state to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

4. Damaged Products:

If a product is damaged or incorrect, NetPepts will offer a replacement or refund. NetPeptides may require evidence, such as photos or the return of the damaged product.

5. Restocking Fees:

NetPeptides charge a restocking fee for returned products at 10% of product cost.

6. Shipping Costs:

Return shipping costs will not be covered unless the return is due to an error by the company.
